Cancellation of Booking

Reservation / Cancellation

1. To validate a reservation, please make a prepayment of 50% of the total room rate within three days after a booking is made. Full payment must be made during the Spring Festival/Summer holidays. 

 

2. After the remittance is completed, please let us know the last five digits of the account number, name, contact number, check-in date, number of people, in order to complete the reservation process.

 

3. The prepayment deposit is charged according to the guidelines issued by the Tourism Bureau. If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit will be deducted in accordance with the following guidelines

-100% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled on the check-in day,

​-80% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 1 day before the check-in day,

​-70% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 2-3 days before the check-in day,

-60% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 4-6 days before the check-in day,

-50% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 7-9 days before the check-in day,

-30% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 10-13 days before the check-in day,

-0% of the prepayment deposit will be deducted if reservation is cancelled 14 days before the check-in day (including the 14th days) , or our guest can hold their right of room reservation within six months.

4. Guests that unable to show up because of traffic disruption caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes and typhoons) will get 100% of their prepaid deposit back after announcement is made by government department (or our guests can hold their right of room reservation within six months).

 

5. During their stay in PopInn, If our guests are unable to leave due to traffic disruption caused by natural disasters (e.g. typhoon and earthquake), their accommodation rate will be discounted 40% less of the normal rate.

( N.B. In the event of any difference between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.)
